Currently the city of Newark has regained power in less than twenty-four hours after a blackout occurred according to NJ.com on Oct. 30. PSE&G, one of the major electric companies in NJ is also helping residents restore power as well as distributing free ice and water to customers without power at the following locations on a first come, first serve basis between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Wednesday according an email from PSE&G on Oct. 30, sent to Clifton, NJ resident Gregg Kits.
